Hortipak/Digital Space Interactive RHS Label on BBC TV

"Working closely with the RHS and HTA, Hortipak have designed and developed a printed label featuring interactive content created with Digital Space and imperceptible digital watermarking technology. The exciting new label was developed to support the launch of the RHS Perfect for Pollinators campaign which was launched at RHS Chelsea Flower Show on 25th May.
The interactive label was immediately featured by Sarah Raven, Joe Swift and Alan Titchmarsh on BBC2 that evening: Joe and Alan demonstrated the label and detailed some of the innovative features. Joe then proceeded to demo the special functions to Alan "I've downloaded it onto my smartphone here and it's brilliant".
The label can be interacted with by using a smart phone and the free Digital Space app, allowing users to link to a mobile website featuring information on the RHS Perfect for Pollinators campaign, RHS/HTA Easy Guide gardening advice videos, a link to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show iPhone app, and much more. Hortipak head of Marketing James Buffoni comments "the branding and design of the printed label was key to supporting the RHS’s launch of the campaign. Given that digital watermarks do not disrupt the design in any way we were able to create an effect that delighted the RHS, as well as providing it's target audience with a wide range of valuable supporting content."
