CONTACTING US AND PROVIDING YOUR ONGOING CONTACT DETAILS
If you are (or soon will be) working from home and closing your main office, could you please let us have your ongoing contact details either mobile, or other means of communication by sending these through to email@example.com, so that we can remain in contact and continue to support you during the difficult times ahead.
Please note that payment by cheque is no longer an appropriate way of payment. We would ask those of you who are used to paying in this manner to ensure that you make BACS payments to our bank account details shown on your invoice and or statement. If you would like confirmation of the bank details please email firstname.lastname@example.org
It would be helpful, when payment is made, if you could please email details of your remittance to email@example.com
Please email all invoices, statements and other correspondence to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will no longer be able to accept supplier correspondence by post and this will further support our aim to become a paperless finance office.
When emailing your correspondence please also confirm the email address for us to use for remittance advice notes.
